Hallmark star Janel Parrish and husband Chris Long have split after nearly eight years of marriage, a source tells Us Weekly.
According to the insider, Parrish, 37, and Long have been separated for a few months.
TMZ was first to report the news.
Parrish and Long’s split comes hours after Parrish was spotted out and about in Los Angeles with Dancing With the Stars pro Sasha Farber. Farber, 41, posted a video of the pair dancing together in a parking lot.

“She’s still got it @janelparrish 🔥,” he captioned the Thursday, April 9, Instagram video.
Parrish, for her part, reshared the clip on her Instagram Story.
“When you ask @sashafarber1 to teach you a dance in the parking lot,” she wrote alongside the video.
Celebrity gossip site DeuxMoi, meanwhile, shared photos of the twosome cozying up inside Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. (Parrish and Farber both appeared on season 19 of DWTS. Parrish was paired with pro Val Chmerkovskiy, which Farber was part of the dance troupe.)
Us has reached out to Parrish and Farber’s spokespersons for comment.
Parrish and Long reportedly started dating in 2016 and got engaged the following year.
“Went to the park for a stroll with Klee and came back with a fiancé,” she wrote via Instagram in 2017. “I get to marry my best friend and I’m over the moon. I love you @c_long.”
Ahead of their nuptials, the Pretty Little Liars actress gushed to Us about how she knew Long was right for her.
“He just is my person. My soul knows him,” she exclusively told Us in August 2018. “He’s my best friend in the entire world. And no matter what, if I’m having the worst day ever, I feel like I have somebody who understands me. And even if he doesn’t quite understand me at that moment, he tries to And that feels so nice.”
The pair tied the knot the following month in Hawaii. Several of Parrish’s former costars and colleagues attended the event including PLL’s Brendan Robinson and I. Marlene King, as well as Bratz: The Movie costars Logan Browning and Natalia Ramos.
“We feel so lucky we found each other in this crazy world,” Parrish exclusively told Us of the nuptials at the time. “Marrying my dream man in my home of Hawaii surrounded by family and friends was a dream.”

Last year, Long and Parrish celebrated their seventh anniversary.
“Here’s to seven beautiful years with this beauty 🙌🍾,” Long wrote via Instagram in September 2025.
Parrish took to the comments section, gushing “I love you hubby!!! 🥹🤍✨.”
That same month, Parrish and Long traveled to Italy.
“Bellagio has our hearts 🤍,” she captioned an Instagram slideshow with several photos from their trip including a selfie of the pair.
