Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie Kelce, weighed in on how to keep the “spark alive” in a long-term relationship while answering fan questions.
“That’s a good question,” Kylie, 34, said on the Thursday, April 9, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “Jason and I need to do better at date nights, OK? We need to. I will say, I think the key is that you should always be dating your spouse. You’re always dating. I don’t mean that in just going on date nights.”
She continued, “I mean, I actually give my husband s*** if he walks past me in the kitchen and doesn’t grab my ass. Flirt with me. I’mma flirt with you, you better flirt with me. All I’m saying is, you should still be dating. And by dating, I mean the flirty, sweet, affection, that type of thing, that should still be happening. That’s how you keep the spark alive.”
Kylie also pointed out that it’s beneficial to “go and eat food together” as a date, noting that it’s “nice to go out.”

“For 20 minutes, talk about something other than your kids and then revert back to only talking about your kids,” she said. “It’s sweet and it’s nice. It’s nice to do it without getting interrupted with, ‘Mom, Mom, Mom. Dad, Dad, Dad, Dad.’ That will keep your spark alive.”
Kylie and Jason tied the knot in 2018 and have since welcomed daughters Wyatt, 6, Ellie, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 12 months. Last month, Kylie got candid about being intimate with Jason, 38, after the birth of their four children.
“I’m gonna tell you right now, for anyone who has experienced sex postpartum … are we doing this? We’re doing this. I’m talking about it,” Kylie said during the March 26 episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast.
“For anyone who has experienced sex postpartum specifically — I can only speak to after a vaginal birth,” Kylie continued. “I’ve had varying experiences. Different for every kid. It’s not all fun and games, guys. It’s not all fun and games the first couple of times, you catch my drift. We can’t be out here like, ‘That was great!’ What? A human just exited that door.”

Ahead of welcoming their youngest, Kylie opened up to Us Weekly about how she raises “humble” children.
“We stay surrounded by family and friends, so we keep the people around us very close to us,” Kylie said in June 2024. “Then, we make sure that anything that we’re doing that they feel supported by their family and friends and then also not really putting them in any places of privilege.”
