A Gorham woman was injured Saturday evening in a snowmobile crash in New Hampshire.
Alina Nickerson, 19, was riding a snowmobile on Primary Trail 134 about 5:10 p.m. Saturday with three other snowmobilers, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game.
As Nickerson rode through snow dust kicked up by snowmobiles ahead of her, she lost control on a downhill right turn and hit a rock.
She was taken to Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook, New Hampshire, where Nickerson was treated for her injuries.
Investigators believe unreasonable speed was a contributing factor in the crash.
