A Florida woman was arrested after she urinated on furniture at two different Airbnbs.
Nicolette Keough has been accused of urinating on the furniture in two Airbnb homes in Downtown Pensacola and causing thousands of dollars of property damage in the process, according to an arrest report viewed by WEAR News.
The arrest report stated that Keough, 31, ruined $3,000 worth of appliances and furniture, which includes an antique chair, typewriter, coffee maker, toaster and television.
An Airbnb owner filed a criminal mischief complaint against Keough on March 15 after she learned that Keough urinated on several items on her property, according to News Channel 8. Additionally, the owner reported that there was a strong smell of urine in the home after Keough stayed at the property.
Adult Content Creator Stabbed Florida Man Who Denied Her Sex
“There was a young lady inside making money in a very unusual way that damaged somebody else’s property,” Pensacola officer Mike Wood said about the incident, per WEAR News.
As she urinated on the items, Keough allegedly took videos of herself doing the act and uploaded the footage to an adult content website.
The Airbnb owners must now replace all of the items that she ruined, according to the arrest report.
“There’s a list of items including a television, a record player, a coffee pot, some bedding, some carpeting I believe, or a rug,” Wood said.
Wood went on to say that police have “seen damage to Airbnbs and hotel rooms before,” though they have never seen anything “like this.”
After Keough’s arrest made headlines, Airbnb issued a statement about the incident.
“This kind of behavior has no place on Airbnb. We’ve removed the guest from our platform and are continuing to assist the host with their reimbursement request through our AirCover damage protection for hosts,” the business said in a statement to WEAR News. “Property damage incidents during Airbnb stays are rare, and our hosts are backed by our 24/7 global Community Support and AirCover, which are included with every reservation.”

Airbnb’s terms of service state that the homes rented out are not to be used for sex work or commercial purposes. The company also provides up to $3 million in host protection for property damage, which covers extra cleaning costs and more.
Keough was arrested and taken to Escambia County Jail. She has since been released on bond.
It is not currently clear if Keough has entered a plea or retained legal representation following her arrest.
The Pensacola Police Department confirmed to Us Weekly that investigators are currently looking into if there are any more Airbnbs that Keough may have targeted.
