The first look at Yellowstone‘s spinoff Dutton Ranch showed Rip and Beth at the center of more murder and mayhem — but this time, in Texas.
Paramount+ released a sneak peek clip set to Eminem‘s “Till I Collapse” as Rip (Cole Hauser) and Beth (Kelly Reilly) — as well as Finn Little‘s Carter — adjust to life in Texas after their time in Montana. Photos were also shared from the highly anticipated series, which hinted at several new characters — including appearances from Annette Bening and Ed Harris.
“A legacy is a beautiful thing — but only if it survives,” Beth tells Bening’s unnamed character in the first look.
Other newcomers include Jai Courtney, Natalie Alyn Lind, Marc Menchaca, Juan Pablo Raba and J. R. Villarreal.
Dutton Ranch officially premieres on May 15. “As Beth and Rip fight to build a future together — far from the ghosts of Yellowstone — they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire,” reads the show’s synopsis. “In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul.”
Yellowstone, which premiered in 2018, introduced viewers to the fictional Dutton family, who own the largest ranch in Montana. Rip and Beth quickly became a fan-favorite couple as they navigated major ups and downs together.
