90 Day Fiancé alum Eric Rosenbrook is speaking out after the death of his baby girl was ruled non-accidental.
In an interview with TMZ published on Tuesday, March 10, the former TLC reality star claimed he and his wife, Leida Margaretha, have hired their own private medical examiner to challenge the autopsy.
Rosenbrook told the outlet he doesn’t agree with the ruling and claims their independently retained, private medical examiner believes the original autopsy was poorly performed.
According to Rosenbrook, his private medical examiner believes one injury may have occurred during childbirth.

Earlier this week, Starcasm reported that the Adams County Health and Human Services Department’s initial assessment deemed the death of Rosenbrook and Margaretha’s baby as “non-accidental.”
The assessment also reportedly “found a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother.”
The Wisconsin report stated that no criminal charges have been filed in connection with the baby’s death, and the investigation remains ongoing.
“Leida agrees with Eric’s sentiments and disagrees with the ME’s finding that the death was ‘non-accidental,’” Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday. “She continues to adamantly deny all allegations of wrongdoing and would have never harmed her child.”

Us has also reached out to Rosenbrook for comment.
In his latest interview with TMZ, Rosenbrook said he and his wife went head-to-head with the Adams County Health and Human Services Department over its assessment. He also claims the sheriff’s department has not found Leida at fault.
In July 2025, Rosenbrook first confirmed the death of his newborn daughter.
“It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that over the weekend, tragedy has struck,” he wrote via Facebook at the time. “Yesterday at 12:53 PM after 5 days on life support, my beloved daughter, little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, slipped the surely bonds to join her grandfather Tom.”

Rosenbrook continued, “I do not want well wishes or questions. I will not answer anything, read or reply. I ask just for prayers for her.”
Although Margaretha is facing 24 felony charges in Wisconsin for various alleged crimes, including wire fraud, forgery and theft that allegedly occurred between November 2023 and March 2024, she has denied any wrongdoing tied to her newborn daughter’s death.
“There are many allegations of wrongdoing being levied against Leida. This is no surprise as she has endured years of unfounded negative publicity and social media attention since her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé in [2018],” Margaretha’s attorney previously told Us. “Leida would have never harmed her child, and she adamantly denies any allegations of wrongdoing.”
