The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma Saint John has a message for social media trolls criticizing her fertility journey.
“In my comments, [there are] people who will say, ‘You’re too old. Why would you try this? Why would you harm your body this way? He’s using you to have a kid,’” Boz, 49, told Us Weekly exclusively while promoting the Bravo show. “What the hell do you know? You have no idea what’s going on in my body or in my relationship.”
Boz has been honest about struggling to conceive with now-fiancé Keely Watson since making her debut on RHOBH last year. She told Us that it’s been “very difficult” to discuss the hardships on camera.
“When somebody’s talking about the difficulty of getting pregnant or losing babies along the way, it’s not something that we share publicly as a society,” Boz explained. “Everybody wants the happy ending. However, there’s a lot of people who struggle with expanding their families.”

Boz previously welcomed daughter Lael, now 16, with late ex-husband Peter Saint John. Lael was born in 2009 after Boz and Peter lost their first daughter, Eve, months into her pregnancy. (Peter died in 2013, shortly after being diagnosed with cancer.)
“After I had Lael, I had so much trauma, so much fear, and I worked on all of it in therapy and with friends, with my doctors,” Boz said. “So, I didn’t come to this decision lightly.”

The Bravo star told Us that she and Keeley, 50, have “talked about everything” regarding her fertility journey.
“You saw on camera where my doctor suggested that we look at an egg donor. We’ve talked about that,” Boz continued. “We’ve talked about whether or not I will carry the baby, whether or not we’ll go through a surrogate. Whether or not we’ll adopt a child. Whether or not we have children at all.”
She added, “All of those conversations are so important, and I wish that more people would just have those conversations up front. … I’m just glad that we’re adult enough and mature enough to have these.”
Boz announced in September 2025 that she and Keeley were engaged. While they’ve yet to walk down the aisle, there are plans in place for two weddings — one in Ghana and one in the United States. As for the possibility of a prenup? Boz confirmed there will “of course” be one.
“He’s a great partner in this,” Boz said of Keely. “He is involved. He’s paying attention. You know, I’m running these weddings like a damn business. … He is very much in the conversation and doesn’t try to take over.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Bravo Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET and streams the next day on Peacock.
