Southern Hospitality’s season 4 premiere got messy fast thanks to feuds between several castmates — and one former employee.
During the Wednesday, March 4, episode, fans learned that Molly Moore was fired from Republic Garden & Lounge in between seasons. Despite no longer working at the nightclub, Molly showed up as a partygoer during the premiere and quickly caused a stir.
“Obviously me and Michols [Peña] have had a falling out,” Molly told former coworker Lake Rucker, claiming that shouldn’t affect their friendship.
Lake then alleged Molly had “ignored” her and Michols earlier that week, but Molly denied it.

“It’s not high school. I did not ignore you. I did absolutely nothing to you,” Molly told Lake before Lake was pulled inside to get back to work.
When Lake accused Molly of “screaming” at her outside their place of work, Michols went off.
“Listen, you do not come in here and disrespect my staff. If you are going to act like that I will ban you,” Michols yelled at Molly. “Do you understand me? You will get banned. Walk away!”

Emmy Is Done With Brad and TJ

During the season 3 reunion in 2025, Emmy Sharrett exposed Bradley “Brad” Carter for lying to Maddi Reese about her ex-boyfriend cheating on her. The revelation shifted focus from Emmy and now-fiancé Will Kulp’s alleged cheating scandal to Maddi and Brad’s issues.
During the season 4 premiere, Brad and pal TJ Dinch claimed that they overheard Emmy bragging about her performance during the premiere and how she “played” the whole cast.

“She said, ‘F*** TJ, f*** Brad, they’re dead to me,’” TJ claimed he heard through a hotel wall.
Brad admitted, “It cut so deep that I sent her a text that said, ‘Lower your f***ing voice. You’re dead to me too bitch.’”
When the show picked up filming, Emmy told the cameras that she hadn’t spoken with TJ or Brad since New York. “I definitely miss them but you showed your true colors motherf***er,” she said about her former friends.
Molly Blames Michols for Getting Fired

“I no longer work at Republic because I knew personal stuff about Michols and he used bulls*** reasons to get me fired,” Molly Moore told the cameras, after confirming she was let go from the Charleston bar.
Molly claimed she “never” got written up before she was fired.
“All of a sudden, she’s going around talking s*** about me, saying I cheated on my ex-boyfriend,” Michols Peña said, claiming that Molly completely changed after she was left go.
TJ Dinch Reveals Where He Stands With Southern Hospitality’s Joe and Maddi
He alleged, “She got fired because she sucked at her job and somehow I have something to do with it. Girl, I don’t have that much power.”
Their boss Leva Bonaparte also weighed in on the drama, saying, “Molly has a full time day job as an event planner. She was switching shifts a lot. Eventually that’s going to combust but there’s no bad blood.”
Maddi Is Still Mad at Brad and TJ — And Uses Hotdogs to Get Even

Following their fallout at the season 3 reunion in 2025, Maddi Reese told the cameras that she was still upset with Brad Carter and TJ Dinch for lying to her about her exes’ alleged affair.
She told the cameras during the premiere that she had “anxiety” and “guilt” about believing her friends over her ex-boyfriend when Brad made up cheating rumors.
Brad and TJ, meanwhile, were under the impression that their apologies in New York meant Maddi was cool with them.
Maddi’s boyfriend, Joe Bradley, told his friends that wasn’t the case. He claimed that Maddi needed another apology to fully squash their beef.
Southern Hospitality’s Mia Teases ‘Transparent’ Season 4: We Said ‘F*** It’
Things came to a head during TJ’s Sir Wiener’s hot dog event hosted at Republic, where Maddi was working. She bad mouthed the hotdogs and told attendees that they shouldn’t eat the product while wearing the brand’s merchandise.
“We’re happy to support you and your business but I feel like there were a lot of times also where we were around each other and I feel like that was plenty of opportunity to tell me about the things that you did and considered with Brad and Mia [Alario],” Maddi told TJ, arguing that he should have told her the truth about her ex months ago.
Maddi claimed she appreciated Brad’s “accountability,” but took issue with him being “combative” toward Joe. Maddi then started spiraling, saying she was not OK with Brad and TJ keeping a secret from her when they were supposed to be friends.
“I think you have a hard time with the truth and you need to sit down and reflect on it,” TJ fired back. Maddi started to yell, accusing TJ and Brad of “lying” before Joe pulled her away.
Southern Hospitality airs on Bravo Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
