A 79-year-old Florida woman’s recent mugshot is getting a lot of attention online.

Judith Addison was caught grinning slyly on Tuesday, February 24, as she posed for police following her arrest on child neglect and causing bodily harm charges.

Addison was busted along with three others after a 1-year-old became sick after drinking from a sippy cup containing methamphetamine, Us Weekly has learned.

Addison’s codefendants were identified as Hayden Simmons, 21, Damien Windham, 21, and Erica Foley, 45. Foley, cops said, also faces one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

The sickened child was left in Addison’s care, cops said. Simmons and Windham are the victim’s parents.

Police said that the child drank from a “sippy cup” that someone had hid a bag of meth inside of.

It was unclear from a police statement who they believe hid those drugs.

Investigators allege that Simmons and Windham realized their child may have ingested the drug, but they did not call 911 to their home in Callahan. Addison and Foley were also made aware of the situation but did not seek any help for the child.

Instead, it was decided they would monitor the child overnight, police said in a statement.

It was only after the child started vomiting that Simmons finally took the toddler to a local fire station for help.

Authorities then rushed the child to an area hospital “for treatment of a possible overdose.”

The child is said to be recovering.

Investigators said they searched the home and discovered several glass pipes caked with methamphetamine residue as well as other drug paraphernalia.

Simmons, Windham, Foley, and Addison all lived at the home. It was unclear how the young couple knew Foley and Addison.

“This is a heartbreaking and completely preventable situation,” said Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper in a statement on the arrests.

“A one-year-old child was exposed to a dangerous, illegal drug because the adults in that home failed to provide even the most basic level of care and protection,” Leeper continued. “There is absolutely no excuse for methamphetamine to be within reach of a child.”

All four suspects are being held at the Nassau County Jail and Detention Center.

Bonds were set at more than $25,000 for Simmons, more than $25,000 for Windham, more than $10,000 for Foley, and more than $5,000 for Addison on the child neglect charges.

Foley faces an added bond of more than $2,500 for the drug charge.

It was unclear Monday, March 2, if any of them had entered pleas to the charges they face or had retained attorneys who could address the allegations in their absence.

On Facebook, people are wondering what happened before Addison’s mugshot was taken.

“What the hell is meemaw smiling for?” asked one Facebook user. “Judith thinks she’s in a glamour shot,” suggested another person on Facebook.
