Several cast members of The Valley: Persian Style are speaking out about the United States’ strikes on Iran.

“💚🤍❤️I’ve had so many non-Iranian friends asking me whether the current situation is positive or negative,” Tanin Nikpey wrote via Instagram on Saturday, February 28. “I can say — the fact that the lunatic, murderer, torturer and devil, Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, is finally dead is truly the best thing that’s happened to our country in a very long time.”

On Saturday afternoon, President Donald Trump and the White House confirmed that Khamenei had died in an airstrike at the age of 86.

In a statement posted on social media, Trump, 79, called him “one of the most evil people in history” and added, “This is not only justice for the people of Iran, but for all great Americans.”

Nikpey, 44, — who posted her statement alongside costars Reza Farahan, Natasha Kashanian Boroumand, Amir Guyve Boroumand and Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi — said this is a “moment of relief.” At the same time, her heart is “heavy as I think about the innocent lives lost in the fight for our freedom.”

“The uncertainty surrounding the future leadership is undeniably stressful, but deep down, we remain hopeful — it’s just part of who we are,” she wrote. “This hope is woven into our DNA as a people, driving us to envision a brighter future despite the challenges we face. We know that the path to freedom may be difficult, but our resilience and determination will guide us forward.”

According to Nikpey, “There’s an incredible sense of hope among us.”

“WHEN we do achieve our freedom, it will be a bittersweet victory, knowing that so many lives were lost — not in vain, but in pursuit of a brighter future for all of us — freedom for all 💖❤️‍🩹,” she wrote. “Your support and understanding mean everything to us during this pivotal time. Thank you for standing with us💚🤍♥️ .”

Nikpey’s post received support from fellow Bravo star and Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Jenn Fessler, who commented, “Yeah baby!!! Gd bless Iran!”

The Valley: Persian Style is a Bravo reality show that concluded its first season on Thursday, February 26. The series follows a tight-knit group of Persian friends who have traded Beverly Hills for suburban life in the Valley.

Throughout the season, the cast opened up about their culture that values family, friendships and loyalty.

In a separate Instagram post, cast member Reza Jackson also reacted to the news that Khamenei had died.

“02/28/26- History is made! The revolution is full motion,” Jackson, 36, shared on Saturday. “LEZGOOO!!! 💚🤍❤️ #iranrevolution.”

On Sunday, March 1, Trump shared another update on the situation in Iran, which he referred to as “Operation Epic Fury.”

“Earlier today, CENTCOM shared the news that three U.S. military service members have been killed in action,” the White House said via X. “As one nation, we grieve for the true American patriots, who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation… We send our immense love & eternal gratitude to the families of the fallen.”
