3 Great Thrillers to Watch on Netflix and More Before February 2026 Is Over

The clock is running out on February if you want to catch some of the best thrillers before they depart their respective streaming outlets.

Most of the major streaming services will be losing a handful of great titles when March 1 arrives, so it’s time to make your viewing plans now.

Watch With Us has selected three underrated thrillers you need to watch on Netflix, Prime Video and HBO Max before February 2026 is over.

Two of our selections are classics in the genre, while the other is a more recent crime thriller.

21 Must-Watch Thrillers on Netflix Right Now (February 2026)

‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’ (1999)

It’s so bizarre to go back and revisit The Talented Mr. Ripley and see how young Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jude Law were when the film was released. Before this film, Damon had primarily played all-American good guys. Tom Ripley, however, is anything but good. He is an excellent liar, so much so that a wealthy man, Herbert Greenleaf (James Rebhorn), hires him to track down his wayward son, Dickie Greenleaf (Law), and bring him home from Europe.

Dickie may be dating Marge Sherwood (Paltrow), but Tom is far more interested in the former than the latter, and he doesn’t take rejection well. Before long, Tom finds himself living Dickie’s life and pretending to be a man of wealth. It’s an intoxicating con, but even a master of deception like Tom Ripley can only keep it going for so long before he makes someone suspicious.

The Talented Mr. Ripley is streaming on Netflix through March 12.

‘Pi’ (1998)

Darren Aronofsky‘s debut film, Pi, can be a challenging movie to watch thanks to its stark black-and-white footage and the story’s more bizarre aspects. The narrative flows around Max Cohen (Sean Gullette), an unemployed math genius suffering from paranoid delusions and other mental illnesses. Max has big ideas about mathematics and numbers as they apply to nature, and he unwittingly uncovers an equation that may unlock the mysteries of the universe.

5 Best Thrillers on Netflix, Prime Video and More (February 2026)

Breaking Bad‘s Mark Margolis costars as Max’s mentor, Sol Robeson, who urges his former student to turn away from his latest find. Once it’s discovered what Max has uncovered, some potentially dangerous people want that secret for themselves. Is Max facing a conspiracy he can barely understand? Or has his mind come up with this twisted narrative on its own?

Pi is streaming on Prime Video through February 28.

‘Good Time’ (2017)

In Good Time, Robert Pattinson steps into what may be his sketchiest character to date: Constantine “Connie” Nikas. Connie’s an amoral thief who ropes his developmentally disabled brother, Nick (Benny Safdie), into helping him pull off a bank robbery. The brothers are only partially successful in their heist, but Nick is left behind and arrested by the police.

If Connie has any redeeming features, it’s his love for his brother and his unwillingness to abandon him. Connie knows that the longer Nick is in custody, the more likely he is to be hurt by the other inmates. However, Connie’s breakout attempt accidentally releases Ray (Buddy Duress), a drug dealer he’s never met before. Ray and Connie may have some common ground, but there’s more than just Nick’s life on the line if the former can’t come through with some misplaced drug money. The real question is whether Connie can trust Ray not to betray him.

Good Time is streaming on HBO Max through February 28.
