Jennifer Garner got candid about getting work done.
“Of course, I’ve tried Botox and all that, but it takes very little to completely freeze my forehead,” Garner, 53, explained about experimenting with anti-aging injections while chatting with Kyie Kelce during a Thursday, February 26, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “And then I just feel so conspicuous, like I’ve got a walking billboard. I might as well get a tattoo of something, you know, across it. It’s horrible.”
She added that Botox is “unfortunately not” for her.
Garner also opened up about occasionally getting insecure about her forehead “wrinkles,” but she has an easy fix.
Jennifer Garner Gets Candid About the Work She’s Had Done on Her Face
“I do, I have creasy wrinkles, and I’m just they’re gonna have to just be there so sometimes I get bangs,” she told Kelce, 33. The actress also noted that she visits a dermatologist annually to get non-invasive anti-aging treatments.
“Don’t think that I don’t have something in there because I haven’t done surgery,” Garner clarified. “I haven’t — I would tell you if I had. I haven’t done any of that stuff.”
She went on to say that once a year, she feels like “a pincushion” at the dermatologist. “I can’t really tell the difference after because that’s what I’ve noticed — the more you spend on a dermatologist doing a bunch of things to your face, the less you can tell that they’ve done it.”
She added, “Somehow, that’s a good thing. I don’t know why. But I will go pay them so much money to say, ‘I don’t want to see it.’”

Garner also said she’s open to getting more work done in the future and doesn’t judge those who go under the knife.
“My kids are like, ‘Mom, promise us you’ll never get a facelift,’” Garner, who shares kids Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, shared. “And I say, ‘I am unlikely to rush toward a facelift,’ yet I refuse to make that promise because I am me today, and I don’t know how I’m gonna feel.”
She added, “I also think that anyone who wants to do whatever they wanna do, they look beautiful. They look beautiful.”
Kelce, for her part, has also opened up about wanting to get work done eventually. Earlier this month, she revealed she’s planning to put her “boobs back where they belong” after welcoming four kids with husband Jason Kelce.

During a February 12 episode of her podcast, Kylie pulled up a TikTok of a woman showing her friends her breast augmentation results as she had her college BFFs sitting beside her.
“Really, my plan is, we’re gonna end up doing this,” Kylie told her former roommates, to which they said they were “in” for.
She added, “To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong, because — four kids. That’s all I have to say about that.”
Kylie and Jason, 38, share daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, whom they welcomed in March 2025.
