A storm that brought blizzard-like conditions to parts of Maine has left a good portion of the state under a fresh coat of snow.
The storm moved into the state mid-morning Monday, lingering into the night and creating, at times, whiteout conditions.
The heaviest snow fell along the coast, with Hancock and Washington counties seeing the greatest accumulation.
The preliminary snow totals below were reported to the National Weather Service’s stations in Gray and Caribou.
