Influencer Katie Anderson opened up about getting her second facelift and a neck lift.
Anderson, 48, showed off her final results three months after going under the knife for another facelift. Anderson started off the Tuesday, February 17, Instagram reel with her before look while mouthing Tate McRae’s “Sports Car” lyrics, “I think you know what this is.” She then cut the camera to her results, beaming and showing off her new look.
“3 months post-op and still so glad I did this,” Anderson captioned the post. “A personal choice, for me and only me — and I’m happy I shared the journey with you.” Anderson continued, giving her doctor, Dr. Jonathan Zelken, a shout-out, “And thank you to @jonathanzelkenmd for being the best in every way. He listened, he was honest, he answered any and all questions I had and he cared. #beforeandafter #necklift #facelift #im48yearsold.”
Her celebrity friends and fans were quick to compliment her in the comments section.

In November 2025, Anderson shared that she was going back under the knife via Instagram.
“My first facelift didn’t go as planned so here we are again,” Anderson captioned a reel of her original results. She then cut the clip to an image of herself moments before she went under the knife, with markings on her skin of where she was going to be lifted.
Next, she showed what she looked like one day after surgery, as well as her healing process. Two weeks after her bruises faded and her swelling went down, she showed off her new look.
“Like they say you’re not ugly I just had a facelift…well actually two of them!!” Anderson captioned the post. “Again I’m not saying anybody needs to do this. I did it for me and I just wanted to be transparent. After my first failed attempt, I’m so happy I found @jonathanzelkenmd,” she wrote, again tagging her doctor.
“There is nobody better. I feel soo amazing and I still have a lot of healing to do. Thank you @jonathanzelkenmd you are 🙌🏻 TO BE CONTINUED…. also #bekind #ifyoudonthavesomethingnicetosaydont,” Anderson added.
Anderson isn’t the only star who has been candid about getting a facelift. Kris Jenner got candid about getting her second facelift in August 2025.

She added, “If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.”
