The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Rachel Zoe and her estranged husband, Rodger Berman, have nearly finished negotiating their ongoing divorce.
During her Thursday, February 12, appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Zoe, 54, was asked whether her divorce was settled.
“No, but it will be soon,” she stated. “It is [going amicably] because ultimately we want what’s best for the kids, right?”
Zoe and Berman, 57, announced in September 2024 that they had separated after two decades of marriage.

“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” a joint Instagram statement read. “We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together.”
They concluded, “Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to coparent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”
Zoe and Berman got married in 1998 before welcoming sons Skyler, now 14, and Kaius, now 12.
“I’m really peaceful and I’m peaceful because my kids are good,” Zoe exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2024 of her post-split mindset. “They’re really, really great, and that’s kind of all I can ask or dream of. For now, they’re incredible and we’re going about their happy, everyday lives. That’s honestly, as a parent, all you want, right?”
Zoe and Berman’s divorce battle has further played out on the fashion stylist’s freshman season of RHOBH.

“There’s a lot of reasons that our relationship was strained. In hindsight, if I had to say a great regret,” Zoe said in the RHOBH season 15 premiere, which aired in December 2025. “My greatest regret would probably be working together.”
Berman previously worked alongside Zoe on Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project from 2008 to 2013.
“Lines got crossed. The person that I was with my whole adult life, in many ways, was unrecognizable,” Zoe said. “Ultimately, that person didn’t feel right around me or around my kids.”
Weeks later, Zoe offered more insight into their divorce.

“[There was] an absolute myriad of bad decisions that have been made over the last month, the last weeks, the last f***ing hour that would trigger me to move things forward,” she said in another episode of RHOBH last month. “I do not have a prenup with my ex. I don’t want to give spousal support and I don’t want to get spousal support.”
She added, “I feel that this is a new beginning and if we are separating, and living separate lives with separate people, I don’t see why I should be paying for that. Or he should be paying for mine.”
While addressing their breakup on WWHL, Zoe further claimed that she and Berman have discussed her RHOBH comments about their split.
“He has said a few things. He’s not thrilled,” she said on Thursday. “I also think people are telling him, like, his friends or whatever. Anything that I say is really how I felt in the moment and things were happening in real time this summer. There’s a lot I don’t share.”
