BANGOR, Maine – Senior guard Ava Lerman scored the game’s first seven points en route to a 41–point performance to lead top-seeded Wisdom High of St. Agatha to a 65-14 victory over eighth-seeded Easton on Thursday afternoon.
With Thursday’s win, the Pioneers moved to 18-1 on the season. Wisdom beat Easton 75-13 and 69-11 during the regular season.
Easton finished up at 6-13.
Wisdom will now play fifth seed Ashland on Tuesday at 1:30 in the semifinals.
