Rockland police seek driver who hit person on electric scooter

The crash happened at about 3:10 p.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Park Street.

The driver of a blue SUV allegedly hit a person on an electric scooter, who was taken to a hospital with injuries sustained in the crash.
