Lo Bosworth can officially add “mom” to her resume after welcoming her and husband Dom Natale’s first baby.
“Our girl Nelle is here,” the Laguna Beach alum, 39, announced via Instagram on Thursday, January 15. “She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time.”
Bosworth explained that the couple’s “teeny one is named for her Oma and already so loved.” She teased, “More to come! ✨ Love, The Natale Family.”
The birth of baby Nelle came less than six months after the Love Wellness founder announced that she was pregnant — and had quietly married Natale in July 2025.
“We said yes with joy,” Bosworth wrote via Instagram at the time, sharing photos with her new husband. “And life, with its most tender timing, said yes right back.”
Bosworth and Natale, who announced their engagement in January 2025, opted for a small wedding in her hometown of Laguna Beach, California.
The couple toasted their marriage by taking photos on the beach before celebrating the occasion with loved ones at what appeared to be Bosworth’s family home.

Bosworth’s baby bump was on full display in her white wedding gown.
“So thrilled to share our special day and new blessing 🍼 with all of you. Thank you for all of the well wishes. Love, The Natales ❤️❤️❤️,” she added via Instagram.
The Hills alum later explained that after starting IVF and getting pregnant, her and Natale’s vision for their special day shifted.
“We wanted our wedding to meet the moment of where we’re at right now,” Bosworth told People after the nuptials in July 2025. “I’m about four months pregnant, and before starting our fertility journey we thought about a big, New York City wedding.”
The former reality star explained that they “changed course to something we knew would be perfect if I was lucky enough to get pregnant: an intimate wedding with our closest family members enjoyed at home.”
Once she did get pregnant, Bosworth said their plan for a low-key wedding fit perfectly.

“We could take off our shoes, stretch out, enjoy great food and the beautiful decor and relax,” she shared.
After tying the knot and sharing her pregnancy news, Bosworth began to document her journey to motherhood via social media.
She created videos showing off her maternity style, shared her pregnancy cravings and gave frequent updates.

Bosworth reached the 36-week mark of her pregnancy in late December 2025, showing off her baby bump in an Instagram video while eating blueberries.
Her last upload before welcoming her daughter came on Christmas Eve when she shared a picture with Natale in honor of the holiday.
“ ✨🎄when your new last name means Christmas in Italian you say Buon Natale!!! 🎄✨ love, the natale family,” she captioned the festive snap.
