Tommy Lee‘s wife, Brittany Furlan, filed a restraining order against Ronnie Radke after their alleged catfishing drama.
Furlan, 39, claimed in paperwork filed on Monday, January 12, that Radke, 42, is “unhinged and obsessed” with her after their alleged “secret relationship” made headlines. Page Six reported that Furlan’s court documents stated that she and Radke started communicating via Snapchat in April 2025, using explicit photos and videos.
During the rough patch in her marriage to Lee, 63, Furlan made plans to meet with the Falling in Reverse singer after he asked her to leave her husband. They had a plan to meet in May 2025, but Radke never showed.
Radke allegedly started manipulating Furlan, according to her court filing. Furlan denied being catfished and claimed Radke sent her a video proving it was him she was speaking with before their alleged romance made headlines.

Furlan previously claimed in May 2025 that she was catfished by someone pretending to be Radke on social media.
“This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband,” she said on social media at the time. “This whole f***ing thing is embarrassing. I’ve been struggling with s*** at home [and] I’m in a f***ing hotel. Like, leave us f***ing alone, bro. … I’m done. Anyone can think what they will. All good.”
Radke, meanwhile, told TMZ “multiple other girls” had been “tricked and duped” by someone pretending to be him. He claimed that the FBI had gotten involved but ultimately got into a social media back-and-forth with Lee over the drama.
Earlier this month, Radke filed a temporary restraining order against Furlan. He claimed that she contacted him “multiple times” on social media before showing up to his house to sit out front. He also claimed Furlan appeared at his doctor’s office “without an appointment” and was “waiting” there. Radke went on to allege that Furlan has continued “harassing” him online and “will not stop posting false public claims” while coercing “underage fans” to lie about him.

Radke’s request was denied, with a court date set for January 23. In a statement, Furlan’s lawyer denied Radke’s allegations, stating, “Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her.”
The statement continued: “We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request [that] Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”
Furlan’s temporary restraining order request was denied because it wasn’t declared an emergency by the court clerk. A judge will hear her request on January 23 as well.
