Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s daughter Sophia is giving fans an inside look at her parents’ friendly dynamic amid their separation.
Sophia, 25, took to TikTok on Saturday, December 27, to share a video of Richards, 56, and Umansky, 55, sitting on the floor of a dark living room together with their eyes glued to a movie playing on a TV in front of them. The exes ate popcorn from a bowl in between them as a burning fireplace and a lit Christmas tree added cozy vibes to the moment.
“My parents watching their little movie and eating their little popcorn on the floor like little kids,” Sophia wrote over the clip.
In the caption, the Bravolebrity added, “They’re just kids too.”

Sophia’s older sister Alexia, 29, gushed over the sweet moment between their parents in the comments section.
“Stop it,” she wrote. “They’re our babies.”
The video came during the family’s annual holiday trip to Aspen, Colorado, which also included Richards and Umansky’s youngest daughter, Portia, 17, and Richards’ eldest daughter, Farrah Brittany, 37, from a previous relationship.
Sophia has given fans plenty of other glimpses of their vacation via social media, including a December 25 Instagram post that featured a sisters’ selfie and snaps of the Christmas tree surrounded by presents.
This holiday season marked the third since news broke of Richards and Umansky’s separation in July 2023.
“Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue,” Richards shared in a statement via Instagram at the time. “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
The statement continued, “There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative. Thank you for the love and support, Kyle & Mauricio.”
Umansky and Richards have remained on friendly terms throughout their separation. Ahead of the December 4 premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15, Umansky exclusively told Us Weekly how they’ve avoided tension amid the split.
“The way Kyle and I made it work is that it’s real, it’s innate,” he said. “We’ve never faked anything. … We got married when we were babies. We’re still legally married. But we were together for 27 years.”

Calling Richards his “best friend,” Umansky continued, “We’re lucky to just be genuine and vulnerable. We don’t have to fake anything for television. Everybody’s like, ‘What’s your secret?’ Well, my secret is that it’s not fake. My secret is that it’s real.”
Umansky told Us that “it sucks” for those who end their marriage and “hate” their ex, noting that this has never been the case with Richards.
“At the end of the day, you married that person. You married them because you love them, and however your life changed, doesn’t mean you have to start hating somebody,” he explained. “You could have a friendly split. You could have a good split. You should be good parents. You really should not make things difficult.”
