
Three Mainers died over the weekend after a boat overturned on a Florida river.
Craig Millett, his wife Brenna Millett and Rebecca Knight were on a catamaran on the Calloosahatchee River near the Cape Coral Yacht Club on Saturday when the boat overturned, dumping them and a fourth person into the water, according to WINK News.
Brenna Millett and Rebecca Knight died at the hospital. Craig Millett’s body was found Sunday near the overturned catamaran, WINK News reported.
The fourth victim, Neal Kirby, remains hospitalized in critical condition.
The Milletts and Knight were from Maine, ABC affiliate WMTW reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
Cape Coral is near Fort Myers on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
