The cast of Married to Medicine is back in business and ready for a brand-new season.

On Sunday,  November 30, Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush Harris, Quad Webb, Dr. Mimi Sanders and Dr. Heavenly Kimes will reunite for season 12 of Bravo’s hit reality show.

While Phaedra Parks and Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford have stepped away from the franchise, the cast assures fans there is still plenty of drama to go around.

“No matter how you shake us up, we’re still together,” Simone exclusively shared with Us Weekly while attending BravoCon 2025 earlier this month. “What we like about it is that we are friends on the camera and off the camera. Now that’s good and bad, because they know you’re dirt coming into the season.”

According to the trailer for season 12, things appear to be tense between Heavenly and Toya.

When asked who the villain may be, Heavenly didn’t hesitate in her answer.

“It has to be Toya. She was just awful this season,” the dentist told Us in Las Vegas. “She was awful for no reason at all. I don’t know why she was so upset with me for trying to help my community. She actually said she was above my community and would never live in my community, and I was so upset about that because my people need help.”

This season, Heavenly will serve as a “friend” of the cast as she runs for the Georgia House of Representatives in District 93.

While loyal fans may expect Toya to be feuding with Quad, season 12 may be the start of something new.

“Quad has been a pretty good friend all season,” Toya revealed to Us at BravoCon. “We’ve actually really been trying to do better by each other. I had a great time with Quad this season. She had a great story. Her life is changing. You can see the change in her. It wasn’t the normal individuals who had their issues.”

A new season wouldn’t be complete without some new ladies. According to Bravo, board-certified family nurse practitioner Brandi Milton joins the group as a friend, while Basketball Wives alum and registered nurse Angel Love Davis enters the friendship circle.

“As far as the new ladies, some — when they came in — came in as themselves,” Contessa teased. “There weren’t any weathering flowers, and they just jump right in.”

Quad added, “We have some amazing newbies that are coming on board this season. They are beautiful, hard-working, successful women.”

One friendship that will always stand the test of time is Jackie’s sisterhood with Simone. While she may be busy trying to help her patients — including Quad — get pregnant, Jackie is proud to have a loyal friend who stands beside her through the ups and downs of reality TV.

“What we have learned is we are better together,” Jackie explained to Us. “She was acting out for a minute, but she got it together.”

Simone added, “And she held it against me for a minute but we’ve let that go, and we’ve made a decision. We got back to our original pledge, which was to never let reality TV come in the middle of our friendship.”

Married to Medicine airs on Bravo Sundays at 9 p.m. ET. Stream old episodes anytime on Peacock.
