Robert Sezak was selected Maine County Commissioner of November in honor of his community service by Spirit of America Foundation’s Maine Chapter.
Sezak has served nine years as a Somerset commissioner and been his county’s commissioners chair for a number of years. Sezak is vice president of Maine County Commissioners Association and one of two Maine MCCA Representatives on the National Association of Counties Board.
He has served as the chair of Fairfield Town Council and of Somerset County Budget Committee, been treasurer of Maine Antique Booksellers Association, a Temple Beth Israel Board member, a key player in county Spirit of America events and helpful to the cause of volunteerism in other ways over the years.
Maine Spirit of America is a chapter of Spirit of America Foundation, an organization promoting community service.
