The Real Housewives of Miami star Stephanie Shojaee couldn’t keep her cool at the reunion while rehashing the iconic “Haitian mortician” storyline.
“I haven’t told anybody this. I thought Andy [Cohen] was gonna kick me out of the reunion,” Shojaee, 41, exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, November 15, while attending BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas. “I was laughing so hard that my fake lash fell off the glue.”
She continued, “I kept asking Andy for tissues because I couldn’t get it together. I was dying. I was dying. I couldn’t take it serious. Who takes it serious?”
For the uninitiated, The Real Housewives of Miami star Adriana de Moura claimed in the season 7 reunion last month that costar Julia Lemigova had an affair with a “Haitian mortician” in a local motel. Lemigova revealed at the time that she had been honest about her past, but didn’t expect her admission to make its way to the Bravo series.

De Moura, for her part, earned praise at BravoCon’s The Bravos awards show for her one-liner, which Shojaee thought was “very well deserved.”
“She was an explosive, amazing bomb at the reunion,” Shojaee said.
De Moura and Lemigova, meanwhile, had their own reunion at the three-day fan convention after being at odds.
“Last night, after a year of not speaking to each other, I walked up to her … at a party,” Lemigova said. “I walked [up to her], and I just said, ‘Hello, Adriana, can we say hello to each other, congratulations on the award, and can we talk?’”

Lemigova explained that she and De Moura “started talking,” which lasted “almost an hour and a half.”
“We had all the Bravolebrities coming and checking on us with happy eyes,” Lemigova said, noting that Lisa Barlow and Luann de Lesseps shared their support. “Everyone was kind of rooting for us, so it’s an open door. We’ll see what happens.”
She continued, “We both said and did hurtful things to each other, and if we can admit it, both of us, and move forward, that’s a huge relief. We had a real friendship, which was fractured and damaged in such a massive way. I believe only when it comes from the heart, we can move forward. We can’t continue like that, you know, and we [are] two adults who once had a wonderful friendship. Vegas makes things magical sometimes.”
Lemigova went on to allege that she did not cheat on wife Martina Navratilova with a Haitian mortician.
“I told this story to Adriana, ‘I had a lot of funny stories happening with me throughout my life, and this particular situation was years ago before I met Martina.’ He was actually a magician [or] beautician, and I did not give him a coffee maker,” Lemigova clarified, alleging that de Moura had taken parts of her past experiences and “put it all in present tense in one story.”
“So the Haitian mortician ended up being in present tense, somehow with a coffee maker in his pocket,” she continued. “It’s funny.”
