Jeff Lewis definitely issued an apology to Andy Cohen after BravoCon 2025’s first “Ask Andy” panel.
“I thought I killed it, but Andy did not,” Jeff, 55, told Us Weekly exclusively on Friday, November 14. Andy, 57, apparently took issue with some jokes that could have been seen as “inappropriate and insensitive,” Jeff explained.
The Flipping Out alum (who is gearing up for his return to Bravo) said he and Andy have “exchanged” some text messages.
“I have apologized. Look, I know this guy. We’ve known each other for 18 years. He vents and, look, I sincerely did apologize,” Jeff said. “Now I gotta give him time to cool off. My experience with him, he’ll get back to me in one to three weeks.”
Jeff added, “I’ll talk to you in three weeks, Andy.”
Andy Cohen Deflects Jeff Lewis’ BravoCon Question About Fining Housewives
It was announced during the “Ask Andy” panel on Friday that Jeff is returning to Bravo for Still Flipping Out, seven years after his original show came to an end. Jeff told Us that he’s “very excited” about the comeback.
“Did you ever see a show called Flipping Out? I mean, it’s basically season 12,” Jeff explained. “I think what happened is, because it’s been on every streamer for the last 10 years, I think they wanted to make it very clear that this is a new season. So they’re calling it Still Flipping Out.”

Jeff explained that it’s similar to the “old show,” but there are some different elements, including “new people, new clients, new houses, new jobs.”
Rachel Smith, Executive Vice President of Unscripted Content, Lifestyle and Documentaries at NBCUniversal Entertainment, shared a statement regarding Jeff’s return on Friday.
“Jeff Lewis has always been authentically himself, and that’s exactly why fans have followed him across different platforms and mediums,” Smith said. “His humor and knack for beautiful chaos have only grown since Flipping Out. Bringing him back to Bravo feels less like a return and more like picking up right where we left off.”
Aside from gearing up for his own show, Jeff is still taking the time to watch the Real Housewives — and had some Bravo hot takes for Us.
“I was very pleasantly surprised [by] Rachel Zoe‘s return. I also love Kathy Hilton,” he said, referring to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Jeff also noted that Bravo viewers “can always count” on Kyle Richards to “share her personal life” on the show.
Jeff Lewis’ Wildest Fights With Real Housewives: Kyle Richards and More
Jeff was more “realistic” when asked about Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga’s shocking reconciliation after years of family drama.
“I don’t think that’s going to work,” he admitted. “I think they have to do two separate shows. I just don’t see how they could be on the same show in the same room.”
He continued, “I do think that there is a lot of damage there. I think it’s probably irreparable. I’m not trying to be negative.”
While he thinks either Teresa or Melissa need to be excluded from “a reboot,” if there is one, Jeff did say he was “down for a spinoff of some kind.” (RHONJ has been on an indefinite pause after season 14 ended in 2024 due to some major drama between members of the cast.)
“Given the relationships that Melissa has with Margaret [Josephs] and Dolores [Catania] and Jen Fessler, if it were me, I would reboot without — and I like Teresa — I reboot without Teresa, and I would give Teresa her own show,” he added. “She can carry it.”
