A witness testified that he felt “something was wrong” when vehicles with out-of-state plates started appearing at his Farmington building that is at the center of a federal trial over illegal marijuana growhouses. Randall Cousineau, 73, who was the primary financier and 50% partner in a Farmington facility involved in the case, testified in U.S. District Court on Thursday.
