As adult content creator Annie Knight toys with the idea of getting a BBL, she has the support of fiancé Henry Brayshaw no matter what she chooses.
“He’s always like, ‘You’re so beautiful. You don’t need it. Don’t be silly. You don’t need it. It’s a waste of money. You’re perfect,’ blah, blah, all that kind of thing,” Knight, 28, exclusively told Us Weekly. “Which is so nice, it makes me feel better.”
Knight explained that she’s “kind of serious” about undergoing a BBL — short for a Brazilian butt lift — but noted that she doesn’t think she would “ever get it done.”
“It’s such a big procedure and it is very costly,” she noted. “It’s also very dangerous, and I would have to put on, I think it’s like 10 kilos or something, and I genuinely don’t even think my body’s capable of that. So it would just be a bit of an ordeal. But I did think about it because I don’t really have a bum.”

Knight pointed to fellow OnlyFans star Lily Phillips, who shared in September that she underwent a BBL, as someone who “looks amazing” post-operation. Despite Phillips’ results, Knight is still hesitant about undergoing the procedure herself.
“I think if I changed my actual body anymore, I would potentially regret it because I really do love my body,” Knight said. “There’s just days when I’m like, ‘I wish I had a big bum.’ But you know, that’s life.”
While Knight has yet to commit to a BBL, she has gone on her own cosmetic journey totalling $62,000. As she reflected on her plastic surgery procedures (think: rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and more), Knight told Us that her confidence has had a “complete change.”
“It’s actually crazy,” she said. “I can go out without makeup on now and just feel way more confident. I can easily just put on a light touch of makeup or a little bit of makeup and feel better. The shape of my face just feels so much more cohesive. It’s crazy that just these little, tiny changes — which, I mean, some people will say that they’re not tiny — but even my nose job, it just changed the entire structure of my face.”

She continued, “I look back at photos of me from, like, two years ago, and I’m like, ‘What the hell?’ I look so different, but not different enough for it to not feel like I’m me. I feel more me now than I did two years ago.”
Knight rose to fame online in May when she slept with 583 men in six hours — something Brayshaw, whom she got engaged to in March, was also supportive of.
“He was actually at work the day of the event, but he called me in the morning, wished me luck, said, ‘Make us proud. Have fun. Be safe,’” Knight exclusively told Us after completing the challenge. “And then called me the night of and was like, ‘How was it?’ And I told him all about it.”
The pair are set to tie the knot in Australia’s Gold Coast in October 2026.
“I’ve got my wedding spreadsheet going,” she quipped to Us in August about the planning process. “There’s a few little last-minute details that I need to do, like the cake and the bridesmaids dresses and whatnot, but it’s going to be a medium-sized wedding [with] 80 people. We’re not sparing any expense. But surprisingly, it hasn’t been as bad as I thought in terms of price.”
