A New York murder suspect was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Winterport.
Lamont Dolberry, 52, of New York City was wanted in the Empire State on a homicide warrant, according to the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
Dolberry allegedly fled New York to Maine, where he’s been for several months, the U.S. Marshal’s Service said Wednesday afternoon.
Police found Dolberry Tuesday while he was riding an electric scooter on Cove Road in Winterport.
He was taken to jail, where he awaits extradition back to New York.
