Authorities discovered several mini bottles of Fireball in Kathryn Dennis’ vehicle when she was arrested for DUI last year.
Exclusive photos from the scene obtained by Us Weekly show at least four miniature bottles of the cinnamon-flavored alcohol in the Southern Charm alum’s car following the three-car crash that occurred on May 20, 2024.
One of the bottles appeared to be empty, while the others seemed full and unopened on the vehicle’s seat next to Dennis’ green purse.
A separate photo showed a different angle, revealing what looked like a prescription bottle sitting among the scattered booze bottles.

The images were taken by the Goose Creek Police Department in South Carolina as part of the evidence against the ex-reality star, 34.
Us has reached out to Dennis’ lawyer for comment.
When law enforcement arrived at the accident site, officers claimed she had “glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person.”
They also noted that an unopened mini bottle of Fireball was discovered on the floorboard of her truck.

Dennis initially denied she had any alcohol or medication before the collision, but later, during questioning, she reportedly admitted that she had consumed alcoholic beverages “way earlier” in the day before getting behind the wheel.
On October 3, the former Southern Charm star was sentenced to 30 days in jail for her role in the accident.
Dennis spent 11 days behind bars.
Officers from the Berkeley County Hill-Finklea Detention Center in South Carolina confirmed to Us that she was released from custody at around 9:45 a.m. local time on Tuesday, October 14.
‘Southern Charm’ Alum Kathryn Dennis Sentenced to Jail Over DUI Conviction
Dennis’ legal woes from the accident didn’t stop after her 2024 arrest.
She was sued on August 14 by Larry Patrick Griffin, who claimed he suffered “serious” injuries as a result of the collision.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Griffin alleged he was stopped in traffic when Dennis reportedly smashed her 2018 GMC pickup truck into the rear of another vehicle, which subsequently hit his car.
He blamed Dennis for allegedly being “under the influence and sway of alcohol and/or controlled substances” at the time of the crash.

In the documents, Griffin said he “suffered serious bodily injury, pain and suffering, and mental anguish, and will continue to do so in the future” due to the incident and claimed Dennis made a “conscious decision to drive a motor vehicle on a public roadway while under the influence and intoxication of alcoholic beverages.”
He sought unspecified damages in his lawsuit, and Dennis has yet to respond.
TMZ obtained bodycam footage of her arrest, which showed the Southern Charm alum telling officers they were “ruining” her life while she seemingly referenced her ex, Thomas Ravenel, whom she shares daughter Kensington, 11, and son St. Julien Rembert, 9.
Southern Charm’s Kathryn Dennis Arrested for DUI
“I’m not stupid, I already know what’s happening. Stupid as s***, like, my ex is a felon. I know how this works. This is some bulls***,” she told police in the video. “I don’t give a f*** about me, but my kids? I don’t deserve to be here at all. Sorry you think I do,” Dennis stated in the footage.
The star appeared on Southern Charm for eight seasons, from its inception in 2014 until 2022.
Kathryn Dennis Cries in Dashcam Video From Arrest: ‘Ruining My Life’
“What a wild ride it’s been!” Dennis told People about her exit in January 2023. “Can you believe I was 21 when I first started filming Southern Charm, back in its first season? That was in 2013, and in the decade that followed, it’s safe to say my life changed in ways I could never imagine. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m so lucky to have had reality cameras there, capturing so many moments that I’ll never forget (and a few, even, that I’d like to).”
Season 11 of Southern Charm, sans Dennis, will make its Bravo debut on November 19.
