— Herb Zien, vice chair of LiquidCool Solutions, the company that has proposed to build Maine’s first data center for artificial intelligence at the former Loring Air Force Base. The center will cool its servers by immersing them in dielectric fluid, which promises to use less water than is typical of air-cooled data centers.
