Dancing With the Stars is hitting milestones like never before, earning a whopping 40 million votes during Disney Night — but who is everyone rooting for?
Us Weekly teamed up with Bracketology for a fantasy league where fans predict which couple is the least likely to be eliminated each week. As a result, we have insight into what some of Dancing With the Stars‘ biggest fans think might happen in the ballroom.
After Disney Night performances on Tuesday, October 7, Dancing With the Stars ultimately said goodbye to Hilaria Baldwin and pro Gleb Savchenko. Cohost Alfonso Ribeiro shared that the twosome had the lowest combined total of viewer votes and scores from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli.
When it comes to the Bracketology data, fans predicted that Hilaria and Gleb would in fact be eliminated before 10 other couples were sent packing. The only pairing fans did not think would beat Hilaria and Gleb however? Comedian Andy Richter and pro Emma Slater, who are still in the competition and heading into Dedication Night.
Hilaria Baldwin Tearfully Praises Alec’s Support After ‘DWTS’ Elimination
“This has been an incredible experience. I am so grateful to all of you,” Hilaria said in her final moments on the show. “I’m cheering on everybody in the cast because this has been an amazing time.”
As the race for the mirrorball continues, the Bracketology data shows a pattern in fans thinking there are three performers who are least likely to be booted from the show. This trend has been consistent since the premiere episode in September, and includes Robert Irwin and pro Witney Carson, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Whitney Leavitt and pro Mark Ballas and influencer Alix Earle and pro Val Chmerkovskiy.
Not only that, but Bracketology data shows 39 percent of users picked Robert as their winner at the beginning of the season as part of their first impression bracket.
After saying goodbye to the show on Tuesday, Hilaria gushed to Us that husband Alec Baldwin has been by her side through it all.
“He’s such a good support. He’s a really good support, and I’m very grateful to have him,” she said. “He always says to me, ‘You’ve supported me through so many things, and so I’m here to support you through this.’ It’s been a wonderful journey.”
Hilaria shared that she was grateful her and Alec’s children could see her perform in the ballroom. (The couple share kids Carmen Gabriela, 11, Rafael Thomas, 9, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 8, Romeo Alejandro David, 6, Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 4, María Lucía Victoria, 4, and Ilaria Catalina Irena, 2.)
“Everybody has been so supportive of me,” she continued. “And any mom out there knows how much we, not only do we many times birth them — although I’ve come into motherhood in different ways so I’m sure that other people out there have as well — but we get up with them, and they’re difficult nights, and we stress about them, and we’ll support them and everything, and to have my kids out there in the audience supporting me, and then to see them cry afterwards, it broke my heart.”
Dancing With the Stars airs on ABC and Disney+ Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
