As West Wilson’s romance with Amanda Batula continues to make headlines, fans are wondering how recently he and ex Ciara Miller were hooking up — and was there any crossover?
“West was hitting on Ciara, and they had hooked up recently, about three to four weeks ago,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly of the former couple, who first dated in 2023 after meeting during season 8 of Summer House.
The insider says that Ciara, 30, “didn’t know anything about Amanda, though. No one did.”
A second source tells Us that Ciara and West, 31, were together as recently as “mid-to-late February.” News of West and Amanda’s romance officially broke when they confirmed their relationship on Tuesday, March 31, following Amanda’s separation from husband Kyle Cooke in January.

While a separate insider close to West says it’s “not true” that they were recently hooking up, a fourth source tells Us that is exactly what was happening.
“Ciara and West were rekindling and seeing if it would work again recently,” the fourth insider adds.
Ciara and West met while filming Summer House in 2023, where they sparked an instant connection. The pair continued to date once the cameras stopped rolling that summer but their relationship fizzled out by the end of that year.
During the season 8 Summer House reunion, which aired in June 2024, Ciara accused West of playing a “game” with her before breaking up once she let her guard down.

“I’m not really trying to have notches on my post. It’s not my style,” Ciara explained at the time. “I told you all f***ing summer how intentional I am. … You wanted to sleep with me all f***ing summer. You got everything you wanted out of me, and I got the bare minimum.”
West apologized for his actions, claiming what they had was not “fake” to him and he did have feelings for her. “It’s not my intention to f***ing hurt someone,” he added.
In the aftermath of their split, Summer House fans watched as West tried to get back into Ciara’s good graces on season 9 of the show. When season 10 rolled around, Ciara and West were on better terms.
Throughout the current season, which filmed in summer 2025, both Ciara and West have told the cameras that they were still “feelings” between them. They were also seen getting cozy after a night out and being very flirtatious.
Although viewers have yet to see where Ciara stood with West at the end of filming, his relationship with her longtime friend Amanda, 34, has seemingly ruined any hope of a rekindled romance for the exes.
West and Amanda, meanwhile, shared their joint statement on Tuesday, saying their friendship “evolved” into something romantic after showing up as friends for each other for years.
One day before West and Amanda confirmed their relationship status, Ciara hinted at her feelings about the scandal. While working the red carpet for the season 2 premiere of Your Friends & Neighbors on Monday, March 30, Ciara interviewed Bravo superfan Jon Hamm.

“How you feeling?” Ciara asked the actor, 55, who replied, “Wonderful, thank you.”
Hamm then turned the tables on Ciara, asking the reality star, “How are you?” Ciara replied, “I’m good,” before adding, “Well, I’ve been better.”
Ciara posted a video montage from her time on the red carpet on Tuesday, the same day that West and Amanda confirmed they are pursuing a romance.
“If you can’t trust your Friends & Neighbors, who can you trust?” Ciara captioned the Instagram video, which many fans think was a subtle dig at Amanda and West.
West Wilson Weighed in on Kyle and Amanda’s Marriage 2 Months Before Romance
While Ciara hasn’t officially spoken out about the scandal, nor has she confirmed when she last hooked up with West, a source told Us on Tuesday that the exes were “casually seeing each other and seeing if things would work out again recently.”
“Ciara cut off both Amanda and West after finding out,” a second source shared. “She’s furious at West but even more hurt by Amanda. ‘Disappointed’ doesn’t even cover it. This is so much more to Ciara than just breaking girl code.” (Ciara no longer follows Amanda on Instagram.)
Kyle, for his part, hinted that Ciara and Amanda’s recent romantic relationships with West could have crossed over.
“West seems to be the kinda guy playing multiple women at the same time,” Kyle, 43, claimed in a three-part TikTok interview with Adam Glynn published on Wednesday, April 1.
Kyle, who was married to Amanda four years before their recent split, added, “I can imagine West is using the same charm that he’s used on every other chick.”
