Summer House alum Danielle Olivera seemingly clocked Amanda Batula years before her scandal with West Wilson came to light.
Amanda, 34, and West, 31, confirmed on Tuesday, March 31, that they had kicked off a romantic relationship. Fans were up in arms, with some resurfacing a 2022 clip from Summer House that featured Danielle, 37, calling Amanda out while the cast played a game.
“When you realized Danielle may have predicted this in 2022,” the TikTok video’s caption read.

In the clip, the Summer House cast was playing a game called “Stir the Pot,” where you draw a card and roast your friends. Danielle pulled a card and had to name the biggest “curveball” of the group.
“I’ve thought about it, and I think in the ‘curveball, I can’t see what’s coming’ sense, I’m going to go with Amanda,” she said. Amanda appeared shocked by her explanation.
“Wait, what?” Amanda said, seemingly horrified. Cameras panned to Lindsay Hubbard who “agreed” with Danielle’s take.
“Can’t see what’s coming,” Danielle said, doubling down. Amanda replied, “I’m a curveball, you can’t trust me?”
Summer House’s Ciara Miller, Amanda Batula and West Wilson Drama Explained
Amanda was married to Kyle Cooke when that moment was filmed. Amanda and Kyle, 43, announced in January that they decided to split after four years of marriage.
Nearly two months after announcing their split, rumors started to swirl that Amanda had moved on with best friend Ciara Miller’s ex West. Amanda and West shared a statement on Tuesday confirming that their friendship had evolved into something more.
“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposely hide anything,” they wrote. “Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”
They added, “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”
Several Summer House stars have spoken out in the wake of the scandal. Danielle posted a screenshot from the show in which she looked horrified.
Amanda and West’s lengthy statement ended with an explanation that their “feelings evolved” beyond friendship.
“We wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling,” they concluded. “We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless. We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this.”
