BANGOR — Tony C. McKim, president and chief executive officer of First National Bank and its parent company The First Bancorp, has announced the appointment of Josh Bragg as commercial deposit officer.

A Maine native, Bragg brings experience in sales and banking from two other Maine-based financial institutions. Outside of work, he serves on the Bangor Parks and Recreation Adult Slow Pitch Softball League Board and enjoys playing in the summer. He also enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with his wife and daughter.

“Strong banking relationships start with understanding what matters most to a business,” said Bragg. “I look forward to helping clients across Maine manage deposits, cash management and payment solutions in ways that support their long-term success.”

First National Bank, a subsidiary of The First Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNLC) is an independent community bank with 18 offices in Lincoln, Knox, Waldo, Hancock, Washington and Penobscot counties. First National Bank was named Best Places to Work in Maine in 2025. For more information about First National Bank, please call 1-800-564-3195 or visit www.thefirst.com.
