Natalie Swanston Fuller is a “friend of” in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 — and she’s stirring up some major drama during the women’s trip to Florence, Italy.
The Thursday, March 19, episode of the Bravo show featured the women taking a photo on their European vacation. At one point, Erika Jayne noticed that masquerade masks for sale. Natalie asked, “Who’s going to be Pinocchio?”
Bozoma Saint John threw out Amanda Francis’ name to Erika and Natalie — and Amanda heard her.
When the women separated to spend their day shopping, Amanda ended up telling Kyle Richards about what she heard. Kyle was “just a little bit shook” over Boz’s comment. The women were discussing the situation in front of Natalie, who confirmed that she was there for the comment.
“She was joking,” Natalie said. “I do think that it was just a joke.”

Amanda, meanwhile, was worried that it insinuated she was “fake,” something Boz has been speculating about all season long.
“There is no way that you can spin that [to be] a funny joke,” Kyle added. “That was not meant to be nice.”
Amanda added, “It seems like the idea is I’m not authentic because I’m not showing enough emotion, but I think I’m emotionally regulated and calm.”
When the women sat down for dinner, the comment came up again as Amanda decided to discuss it with Boz face to face. Boz claimed she had no recollection of making the Pinocchio comment regarding Amanda.
“I think you said it, and I think you know you said it,” Amanda told Boz, who was visibly taken aback. Both Amanda and Kyle looked to Natalie for confirmation.

Natalie was quick to flip-flop.
“We all say ridiculous stuff,” Natalie said as Kyle asked her to retell the story. Obviously, you know. Don’t pin this on me.”
Amanda hit back, “You were standing right there and you said, ‘Yes, that’s what she said.’”
Natalie doubled down on taking it “as a joke.” Kyle called out Natalie for seemingly changing her tune.
“I’m not going to play this tag with you. I’ve watched it for weeks now,” Natalie said to Amanda.
“You said something completely different. You do realize that we all see this?” Kyle hit back. “You’re lying and you know what doesn’t lie? The cameras.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo and next day on Peacock.
