This week on Getting Real With the Housewives, Ladies of London: The New Reign star Margo Stilley addresses the shocking exit of castmate Dara Huang, just two episodes into the revival season.
“We were like, ‘What is happening?’ She said she wanted to quit the show, and she got up and left, and I actually got up and went after her, and was like, ‘Hey, it’s gonna be OK, we’ll work through everything, and we’ll talk through everything, and that’s the whole point,’” Margo, 43, tells Us Weekly. “It just wasn’t for her. We didn’t know that she admitted to the lie, and being on reality TV, I think, just requires pure authenticity, and if you’re not willing to be authentic, then it probably just wasn’t a good fit.”
During the March 5 episode, Missé Beqiri revealed that Dara, 43, had spoken negatively behind castmate Myka Meier’s back despite their friendship of over 20 years.

Dara denied making hurtful comments during a group dinner, but after stepping away, she was caught in a hot mic moment telling production that she “did say those things” about Myka, 43 — someone she had described as a “sister.”
“She obviously didn’t know that she was recorded admitting that she had done it,” Margo explains. “When you see someone just lying to your face, I think it triggers something in all of us that someone is capable of doing that. You always think, ‘There must be some version of the truth that they’re seeing that I’m not seeing,’ but that was just a bald-faced lie.”

However, that wasn’t the only drama Dara found herself caught up in. Ladies of London star Kimi Murdoch alleged that Dara was a madam after hearing the rumor from Margo and Martha Sitwell.
“I do have to say that after we finished filming, I heard [the madam rumor] again before the show premiered. I thought, ‘OK, well, I don’t feel so bad about bringing it up,’” Margo tells Us. “There’s some kind of energy around it. I hope that she’s not, I hope that that’s not true for her. It’s a shame that she isn’t around to tell her side of the story.”
