Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are both natives of the land down under, but the exes met and fell in love on the other side of the world.
Kidman and Urban first crossed paths at the G’Day USA Gala — an event honoring Australians in Los Angeles — in 2005. Kidman was immediately smitten with the country singer, but Urban took a little longer to come around.
Urban recalled being in an “unhealthy place” when he first encountered the Big Little Lies actress, which made him wait to call her. In time, he made his move, and the pair eventually tied the knot in June 2006.
They later welcomed two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.
In September 2025, Us Weekly confirmed that the couple had separated after nearly two decades of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in a Nashville court in January 2026.
