Marden’s will open its Bangor store Monday, March 16, at 9 a.m., according to General Manager Fox Keim.
The Maine-based salvage retailer announced in the fall that its Brewer store would be moving to the former Burlington Coat Factory at 229 Springer Drive in Bangor.
The new location will be about the same size but allow for more efficient retail operations, Keim previously told the Bangor Daily News.
The Brewer store at 564 Wilson St. has been offering a closing sale in recent weeks, most recently raising the discount to 60% off the entire store.
Burlington Coat Factory moved out of the Springer Drive building last year and is now open near the intersection of Bangor Mall Boulevard and Hogan Road.
