Travis Kelce had a conversation with one of the most talked about names in women’s golf — who just happens to be the granddaughter of the President of the United States.
Kelce, 36, was in attendance for the TGL match between the Jupiter Links Golf Club and The Bay Golf Club on Tuesday, March 3, where he was seen chatting with Kai Trump.
Kai, 18, the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, made her LPGA debut last year.
In a video shared on social media, Kelce and Kai could be seen having a friendly chat during the match, which took place at SoFi Center on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach, Florida.

Kai’s mother, Vanessa, is currently dating Tiger Woods, who plays for Jupiter Links and was also in attendance on Tuesday night, but sat out the match. Kelce was also seen chatting with Woods, 50, at the event.
In November 2025, Kai received a controversial exemption to make her LPGA debut at The ANNIKA at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. Critics argued she was only given a spot in the tournament because of her last name.
“The idea of the exemption, when you go into the history of exemptions, is to bring attention to an event,” Dan Doyle Jr., the owner of The Pelican Club said at the time. “You got [to see Kai] live. She’s lovely to speak to and she brought a lot of viewers through Instagram and things like that that normally don’t watch women’s golf.”
Kai ultimately missed the cut after finishing in last place.
“The first day, I was definitely really nervous,” Kai told Golf Channel after her second round. “I think the nerves just got to me. When I went out there today, I felt very calm and peaceful to be honest with you. And, yeah, that’s why I played better.”
She added, “I did everything I could possibly have done for this tournament.”
Kai Trump Shares Advice From Mom’s Boyfriend Tiger Woods Before LPGA Debut
Jason Kelce, Travis’ older brother, has been doing TGL reporting for ESPN and interviewed his brother on the Tuesday night broadcast.
“This is absolutely epic, obviously a huge fan of all these guys playing right here,” Travis said. “It’s just been awesome to see them duke it out.”
Jason, 38, and Travis later joined ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt for a live interview, where Jason complimented his younger brother’s “buttery” golf swing.
“Trav has been smooth his whole life, which is something I know nothing about,” Jason said. “All power and explosion.”
