Rylee Arnold is joining the Dancing With the Stars tour.
Arnold, 20, took to Instagram on Sunday, March 1, to share the “really big announcement.” Through a wide smile, she told her followers that she’ll be “going on the Dancing With the Stars live tour.”
“My first show is March 6 and I will be dancing until March 20,” the pro gushed, revealing that’s what she’s been rehearsing for in Los Angeles. “Guys, I am so happy. I have been rehearsing the show these past two days. Today is my last rehearsal day, and let me just tell you, I am so excited. I have just been so happy rehearsing and dancing again.”
She added, “These dances are so good!”

Arnold went on to say that she is “so excited” to be “with the cast again” and back on stage, doing what she “loves the most.”
“I am so grateful. I can’t wait to see you guys! Genuinely it’s just such a cool experience where I get to do what I love and I get to travel and meet all of you. It’s just really special,” she added.
Arnold also got candid about how “hard” it’s been for her to “miss out on the rest of the tour,” which she did in previous years. “I have had major FOMO, and before the tour even started, I had decided not to come out on tour for the full length because of my health,” she explained. “I definitely needed to focus on that during this time and I still do, so I am just so lucky we were able to figure out a way for me to come out for a bit.”
She proudly noted that she’s learned 14 routines in only two days. “Which is insane, but I’ve honestly been shocking myself,” Arnold shared. “I have so much joy being able to dance again.”
She added that in a “couple of days,” she’ll be on the road and reunited with other cast members, including Val Chmerkovskiy, Jenna Johnson, Daniella Karagach, Pasha Pashkov, Emma Slater, Alan Bersten, Brandon Armstrong, Britt Stewart, Ezra Sosa and Hailey Bills.
“I’ve watched the current Dancing With the Stars live show a couple of times, and it’s such an amazing show,” she continued. “Make sure to go get your tickets. See you on tour!”
“Back on tour 💖✨,” she captioned the post as fans shared their excitement in the comments section.
“Ry 😍😍 I can’t wait to see you shine on tour!!” one wrote, while another commented, “They are so Lucky and Blessed to have you joining them even if it is for a short time!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌😍❤️.”
In October 2025, Anrold shared that she wouldn’t be joining the DWTS tour because of her type 1 diabetes diagnosis.
Ezra Sosa Supports Rylee Arnold’s Decision to Skip ‘DWTS’ 2026 Live Tour
“This year, I had to make the hard decision to sit it out and focus on my health, especially with managing my Type 1 diabetes, which can be tricky on the road,” Arnold captioned an Instagram Story.
Arnold, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 15, previously told Women’s Health that she nearly went into a diabetic coma after her blood sugar levels dropped during a youth dance competition.
“Those were the hardest three days of my life,” she said. “The reality set in on how difficult managing this disease was going to be and how much it was going to change everything. Every 20 minutes, a new person would come in and tell me something new. It was so overwhelming. My biggest thought was, ‘Am I going to be able to dance again?’”
Now, she has a Dexcom continuous glucose monitor to help track her sugar levels.
