British talk show host Graham Norton appeared to drop a major clue about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming nuptials.
“So exciting that @taylorswift13 has a date for her wedding now!” the official account for Norton’s The Graham Norton Show wrote via X on Friday, February 27, adding a “The GN Show” hashtag.
The show’s page had been recapping a “Best Bits” episode as it aired on the BBC that evening, which even featured moments from Swift’s October 2025 appearance.
“Is next year the wedding year?” Norton, 62, asked Swift, 36, at the time. “Is that when it’s happening?”

Swift, who got engaged to 36-year-old Kelce in August 2025, teasingly replied that Norton “will know” when her nuptials will take place.
“I just mean that I was going to invite you to it,” the pop star quipped, before explaining that she had yet to start organizing her big day. “I’m doing the [Life of a Showgirl] album [promotional tour] now, which is a big thing. Then, I think the wedding is what happens after that in the scheme of the planning, but I’m so excited about it.”
Swift continued, “I know it’s going to be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount [of guests], and people are on the bubble. Then, you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them to see if they should be there? I’m not going to do that.”
While Swift and Kelce have not confirmed any other wedding details, fans were left wondering whether Norton’s tweet actually meant that the couple had officially set the date.
“Not you leaking this info,” an X user tweeted, with another adding, “Are you sure you’re allowed to say this? Babes delete.”
A third fan, meanwhile, jokingly asked Norton what he planned to wear for the ceremony as others questioned if the talk show host actually received an invitation already.
“Wait whattt? is this for real or are we getting clowned again??” an X user wrote. “Either way I’m not ready for [Taylor’s] Bride Era.”
Others, however, had a different interpretation of Norton’s message altogether.
“I took it that he meant she has a date to her wedding, as in a plus-one,” an additional X user posited, meaning that “the groom” would obviously be Swift’s date for the occasion.
After Swift’s Showgirl promotional blitz, she started looking into wedding ideas.
“She’s being so quiet about the planning,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in December 2025, hinting that Swift was looking at dates in summer 2026.

A second insider, meanwhile, revealed that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end has gotten into the planning spirit, too.
“Taylor thinks it’s cute, and it’s something they have been bonding over,” the second source told Us. “Taylor and Travis are both very excited about their next chapter.”
Regardless of Swift and Kelce’s sure-to-be-fabulous wedding, they are mostly just excited to call one another husband and wife.
“It doesn’t feel, in any way, normal for me. I’m just sort of like, ‘Oh, man,’ but it’s more than that,” Swift said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in October 2025, referring to the symbolism of her engagement ring. “He’s just my favorite person I’ve ever met. The fact that this is the person that I get to hang out with every day forever is just, like, that’s the whole thing of it. You look at that [ring] and you’re like, ‘I get to hang out with him forever,’ and this represents that.”
