
A man allegedly tried to fight customers outside a Brewer business Saturday.
David Limacher, 58, faces multiple counts of criminal trespassing and violating his conditions of release, according to the Brewer Police Department.
On Saturday, Limacher was outside a Wilson Street business, where he was allegedly attempting to fight customers entering an adjacent business.
Limacher was arrested after he allegedly refused warnings to leave. He was released from jail the same day.
Later on Saturday, police found Limacher at a closed business on South Main Street, where he was trying to get a pizza delivered. He was arrested again and later released from jail.
Then on Thursday, police arrested Limacher for a third time after he was found allegedly sleeping inside a closed business on North Main Street.
Limacher remained at the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor on Thursday. In addition to the above charges, he was being held on charges of indecent exposure, burglary, criminal mischief, trespassing and violating bail conditions dating back to Dec. 22, 2025, according to the jail’s website.
