FALMOUTH – OceanView at Falmouth has added and promoted two new members to its staff.
Julia Stinneford has joined OceanView at Falmouth as front desk administrative coordinator. Caitlin Haney has been promoted to operations coordinator.
In her new role, Stinneford will oversee front desk daily functions, supervise fellow administrative staff and perform regular administrative responsibilities. Duties include liaising between residents and other departments, coordinating resident meals and helping the marketing department with incoming inquiries.
Stinneford brings five years of experience to the position. Before joining OceanView, she served as marketing account manager for Rushton Gregory Communications out of Portland and worked as reporter with a New Hampshire newspaper. She received her degree in English/journalism from the University of New Hampshire, and lives in Portland.
As operations coordinator, Haney will coordinate operational and maintenance tasks, perform administrative tasks to support OceanView’s director of operations, director of maintenance and the sustainability and operations manager. In addition, Haney will oversee OceanView vendors, as well as invoices related to departmental purchases.
Haney has worked at OceanView since 2021, where she first worked as an administrative assistant, followed by administrative coordinator. Prior to OceanView, Haney worked as a direct support professional. She has completed leadership trainings through Southern Maine Community College. She lives in Farmingdale.
