ELLSWORTH – Heart of Ellsworth, in collaboration with Provender Kitchen + Bar, will host “Three Courses for Community: An Evening of Food for Fundraising” on Sunday, March 1. This ticketed event will benefit Heart of Ellsworth and support the organization’s ongoing work to strengthen downtown through community events, revitalization projects and strategic partnerships.
The evening will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour and passed appetizers, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $150 per person. A full cocktail menu will be available as a cash bar. Seating is limited, and advance tickets are required.
Guests will enjoy an exquisite three-course meal prepared by award-winning Chef Daron Goldstein. The menu features bright, charred greens to start, a truffle-accented roasted chicken main course, and a chocolate mousse finale with coffee service provided by VacationLand Coffee Roasters. A vegetarian option will be available by request at the time of ticket purchase.
The event will be held in Ellsworth’s oldest restaurant building. This space has welcomed generations of residents and visitors and has served more meals than any other building in the city.
“After spending the past year working toward historic designation for our downtown district, hosting this dinner in Ellsworth’s oldest restaurant building feels incredibly meaningful,” said Cara Romano, executive director of Heart of Ellsworth. “These walls have witnessed generations of conversation, celebration, and community. Partnering with Chef Daron Goldstein brings that history to life in such a special way. He and his team have created a menu that not only delights the senses but honors the legacy of this space. This evening is about more than a meal; it’s about investing in the heart of our downtown and ensuring it remains welcoming, active and thriving for generations to come.”
Proceeds from ticket sales will directly support Heart of Ellsworth’s year-round efforts to build a vibrant, resilient downtown district.
Seating is limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance at www.heartofellsworth.org/store.
