Erika Kirk weighed in on the “incredible” Turning Point USA All-American Halftime Show after it appeared as though she was absent from the event.
“Charlie would’ve absolutely loved it. Thank you to the millions that tuned in,” Erika, 37, shared via X on Sunday, February 8, referring to her late husband, Charlie Kirk. “I’m so proud of our entire team, staff, and the artists who believed in the vision and mission.”
Erika thanked performers Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice and Gabby Barrett in her social media statement.
“It’s OK to love Jesus and your country,” she added. “Ultimately, this is what it’s all about, making Heaven crowded. … I love you Charlie baby, this is all for you.”

Erika also shared a video of compilation of Charlie alongside her message.
Turning Point USA announced in October 2025 that they would be hosting their own halftime performance rooted in “faith, family and freedom” weeks after it was announced that Bad Bunny would be headlining the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The organization’s announcement came one month after Charlie, the Turning Point USA founder, died at age 31 while speaking at Utah Valley University.
“It’s powerful because what Charlie always loved and knew is that he wanted to be in the forefront of the culture war,” Erika told Fox News about the Turning Point USA concert earlier this month. “He would be fist-pumping at this. He would be so stoked. And what better way to honor him than to just get in the middle of this and be able to offer an alternative to families.”
How Many People Watched Turning Point USA’s Halftime Show Over Bad Bunny?
She added, ‘For us to be able to provide an alternative that is pro-America, that is just pro-everything, that’s not the opposite of what they’re putting out there,” she added. “I don’t want to go into details and bash that because there is apparently an audience that wants that, but there’s a larger audience that wants ours.”
It’s been reported that the All-American Halftime Show brought in millions of viewers. (The YouTube video is showing more than 19 million views as of Monday, February 9. It has been estimated that 125 million people tuned into the actual Super Bowl LX broadcast, including Bad Bunny’s performance, on NBC.)
“TPUSA All-American Halftime Show,” Blake Neff, The Charlie Kirk Show producer, shared via X on Sunday. “Over 5 million simultaneous on TPUSA YT [YouTube]. Almost 1 million on Charlie Kirk’s YT. 200k on Magno News YT. 220k on TPUSA Rumble. 15k CK Rumble.”
Conservative commentator Candace Owens — who has spoken out against Erika on multiple occasions — has since weighed in, claiming these numbers were inflated. (Us Weekly has reached out to Turning Point USA for comment.)
“The problem with people who have a lot of money they didn’t earn, is that they tend to have no idea how stuff actually works,” Owens shared via X on Sunday. “We have an organization that scammed its views by paying platform advertisers, followed by influencers to pretend they broke records.”
