
AUGUSTA – Judy Oberg, REALTOR® begins her term as president of the Maine Association of REALTORS® for 2026.
A REALTOR® since 1997, she joined Oberg Insurance and Real Estate Agency in Bridgton — a family-owned and operated business since 1934.
As Association president, Oberg also serves as a director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® with a dedication to real estate industry professionalism and active engagement with the Association’s statewide advocacy efforts.
Oberg has served as the president of the Western Maine Board of REALTORS®, the president of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® and received the Boards’ REALTOR® of the Year Awards in 2012 and 2024.
She currently serves as a director for the National Association of REALTORS® and represents Maine on NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee.
Oberg brings a wealth of leadership experience to the Maine Association of REALTORS® through her local, state and national commitment to the real estate industry and will lead the Association for 2026 with strategic vision and collaboration.
The Maine Association of REALTORS® represents 6,300 REALTORS® statewide involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate and 400 affiliated professionals involved in real estate transactions such as lenders, closing agents, title agents, appraisers, building inspectors and surveyors. In 2024, Maine’s real estate industry accounted for $18.3 billion or 19.5% of Maine’s Gross State Product.
Since 1936, the Maine Association of REALTORS® has been the “Voice for Real Estate” and private property owners across Maine. REALTORS® grow Maine’s economy, build Maine communities, and advocate for the rights to own, transfer and use real property.
