Alix Earle tearfully oipened up about her breakup from Braxton Berrios in a new TikTok video.
“I just haven’t posted as much about, like, my feelings and emotions because I just don’t want to be like sad, down in the dumps,” Earle, 25, began her video posted on Tuesday, January 20.
She continued, “I feel like the weirdest thing with my breakup and just going through, like, being alone, is just being alone.”
The influencer said she that while she has friends and family around her, “I feel like just not having that stability of a male partner, or just even someone to talk to or distract me, is just so weird.”

The Dancing With the Stars alum said she’s “always had boyfriends” in the past, describing herself as a “boyfriend hopper,” but has committed to being single for now.
“I said this year I’m gonna be dedicated to like being OK with being alone, but I don’t know why I can’t do it,” she admitted. “This is, like, growth or something but I’m sad … it just makes life feel so lonely.”
Earle continued, “It’s not [lonely] and I’m not lonely … if you’re also feeling weird, you’re not alone.”
Earle and Houston Texans wide receiver Berrios called it quits in late 2025 after two years of dating, multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly in December.
“[The] majority of their relationship was long-distance and it was hard for them to navigate,” one insider told Us. “They mutually agreed on the split.”
Another source said “distance was a huge factor” in their breakup.
“She really wants to spend more time in LA, while Braxton lives in Florida,” said the insider, noting that “they realized they were growing apart as a couple.”
“Braxton and I are no longer together,” Earle shared in a TikTok video later that month. “We have been doing long distance since, basically, June and we haven’t got to see each other that often. It’s just been really difficult for me.”

Earle said at the time that she was considering moving to Los Angeles permanently after relocating there for Dancing With the Stars.
“I think that was a scary thing for me to realize because it meant us not being in the same place. A part of me also really wants to be focusing on myself right now,” she shared. “I just feel like I can’t be what Braxton needs.”
“I want him to have someone who can be there for him 24/7 and support him. He wasn’t really expecting that of me … I constantly felt guilty,” Earle added of Berrios, 30.
Earle admitted the breakup was particularly difficult because she considers Berrios her “best friend.”
“It just kinda feels like we’re on two different paths right now and it sucks,” she said. “We’re on good terms and I don’t want anyone to come for him or be mean to him.”
“I think I ultimately just wanted to go with trusting my feelings,” Earle went on. “This has just been really hard. … It’s not drama. It’s not because he did anything wrong or I did anything wrong. It just didn’t really feel like it was working out, in the moment.”
