The Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers were battling it out on the field, but Erin Andrews’ dramatic fur coat was the one racking up all of the points online.
All eyes were on the NFL sideline reporter, 47, during her commentary at the playoff game on Sunday, January 11, and it didn’t take long for her plush look to intercept viewers’ attention. The coat featured an exaggerated collar and black-and-ivory color scheme, and even sparked conversations amongst the in-studio team and broadcast booth members.
“I’d f***ing kill for that coat. I can’t focus on what Erin Andrews is saying because I’m mesmerized by her coat,” one social media user posted via X. “Couldn’t care less about this game. I just want Erin Andrews’ coat,” another echoed. “Erin Andrews’ coat is a paid actor! Woooooo,” a third wrote, while a fourth agreed, “Erin Andrews got on a MF COAT BABY!”
Meanwhile, there were many commenters who couldn’t resist lightly roasting the style choice, with a few comparing her look to Cruella de Vil in 101 Dalmations and to an emu.

“Erin Andrews openly supporting the 49ers. She killed at least 10 eagles for this coat,” one quipped. “Erin Andrews out there looking like Ric Flair wearing that coat,” a second wrote, while a third claimed she looked like a “mafia wife.”
“Erin Andrews wore this knowing full well she was gonna become a meme,” yet another social media user chimed in.

Andrews was bundled up for the chilly weather and strong breeze at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The coat is believed to be THE FOX JACKET in Smoke Noir from the brand Auter. It retails for $950 and is described as a “refined statement piece in plush faux fur, defined by a sculptural oversized shawl collar and bold smoke-and-black palette.” As for the fit and feel, it’s described as “warm yet lightweight.” Per the website, “this jacket drapes softly around the frame with a relaxed, enveloping shape. The plush texture adds depth and structure while maintaining fluid movement.”
Olivia Culpo, who is married to 49ers star running back Christian McCaffrey, also became a topic of conversation with her long faux fur coat.
The former Miss USA, 33, completed her look with a McCaffrey San Francisco Football T-Shirt, a pair of jeans with a brown belt, maroon gloves and a matching bag as well as pointed-toe boots. She said in a TikTok clip that she was “so nervous” due to the high stakes of the game.
In another clip shared by the NFL, Culpo made sure a young 49ers fan met his idol, McCaffrey, on the sidelines.

Leading up to the game, Andrews interviewed the 49ers superstar. Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady were also sharing their commentary during the wild card matchup.
As the game went on, Andrews kept viewers updated on injuries, including tight end George Kittle suffering an Achilles tear.
Kittle’s injury happened in the second quarter of Sunday’s 23-19 wild-card win. The star player, 32, will now miss the remainder of the playoffs, according to a statement from head coach Kyle Shanahan.
