Emilie Kiser reflected on sharing her late son Trigg’s clothes with his younger brother following her eldest child’s tragic death.
Kiser, 26, shared a TikTok on Tuesday, December 30, showing her unpacking after a family roadtrip. In the comments, Kiser was asked if she put her 9-month-old son, Teddy, in Trigg’s “hand me downs” following her first-born son’s death.
“I feel like that would give me a little bit of happiness. Not sure how it would make you feel. Sending you so much love Emilie!! ❤️❤️,” the rest of the comment read, to which Kiser replied, “Yes I do❤️.”
Emilie has slowly made the return to social media after news broke in May that her and husband Brady Kiser’s eldest son died after he was found unconscious in the pool at the family’s Arizona home. While authorities submitted a criminal charge recommendation for Brady, 28, who was at the house with both sons when the fatal incident occurred, no charges were ever filed.

In a statement shared by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, they confirmed there was “no likelihood of conviction.” Brady’s attorney later publicly thanked officials for a thorough investigation and referred to the case as “a tragic accident.”
Emilie took a break from the public eye before addressing the incident on social media.
“Loss of this magnitude feels impossible to put into words,” Kiser wrote via Instagram in August. “I’ve spent days, weeks, months trying to find them and also take the time I’ve needed to digest the loss of my baby.”
She continued: “Trigg is our baby and our best friend. The light and spirit he brought into this world was bright, pure, joyful and undeniable. We miss him every second of every day and continuing forward often feels unbearable. I never thought we would experience grief in this way or the pain of losing him so suddenly.”
At the time, Emilie took “full accountability as Trigg’s mother,” adding, “I know I should have done more to protect him. One of the hardest lessons I carry is that a permanent pool fence could have saved his life, and it’s something I will never overlook again. I hope amidst this pain, Trigg’s story will help prevent other children and families from suffering the same loss.”
