Tori Spelling postponed her upcoming “90s After Dark Party” after an unexpected illness.
“Hey loves 🤍. This hurts to share, but I need to be honest with you,” Spelling, 52, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, December 27. “I’m sick and have to postpone our ‘After Dark’ event this Sunday night in Las Vegas. I’ve been counting down the days to see you, and it truly breaks my heart to pause something I was so excited for.”
Spelling, who did not disclose her diagnosis, was due to host “90s After Dark” at Voltaire Las Vegas with her former Beverly Hills, 90210 costar Brian Austin Green.
“Right now, I have to listen to my body and choose my health,” Spelling concluded on Saturday. “Thank you for always showing me so much love and understanding. A new date is coming very soon — and I can’t wait to see you ‘After Dark’ 🍑 soon.”

The Sin City event was billed as a “post-concert party” hosted by Spelling and Green, 52.
“Voltaire is kicking it old school and welcomes acclaimed television personalities Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling to host the ultimate ’90s After Dark Party,” a website description read. “On December 28, for one night only, fans are invited to a post-concert party and be transported back in time to the 1990s.”
The bash was also slated to feature a DJ spinning “the greatest hits from the ‘90s” and a live performance from R&B group Color Me Badd.
“Guests can expect an atmosphere buzzing with high-energy nostalgia, surprise moments and the kind of infectious party vibe Voltaire is known for,” the online explanation noted.
Green and Spelling famously played love interests David and Donna on Beverly Hills, 90210, even briefly dating in real life. The pair, however, ultimately lost touch two decades after the show’s 2000 finale.

“It was just this thing of like, ‘She just doesn’t want to be my friend.’ I genuinely felt that way,” Green recalled on an August 2024 episode of his “Oldish” podcast. “I tried to visit you and I would call you. When that wasn’t reciprocated and so I gave up. I didn’t know what was going on in your life.”
Green and Spelling also both cited their respective romantic relationships as the reason for distance.
“I still showed up,” Green asserted. “I had come to terms with knowing that wasn’t a good relationship, but you are my sister so there is no cut-off.”
In addition to maintaining her friendship and managing her daily life as a mom of five, Spelling has been working on new business ventures.
“There’s more than hope. Where there’s a will, there’s a T,” Spelling exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month, teasing a return to reality TV. “Yes, in 2026, it’s happening. One [show] is more of a structured format and one is not.”
Without sharing further details, the actress confirmed that she “created” one of the new series’ concepts.
Spelling and her now-ex-husband Dean McDermott, who settled their divorce earlier this year, previously documented their marriage on Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood and True Tori.
